Find My Transactions
This script performs a search on transaction records within NetSuite, focusing on transactions created either by the currently logged-in user or by the system. The search is filtered to include only mainline transactions, ensuring that only primary records are returned.
Key information such as transaction date, as-of date, posting period, tax period, transaction type, transaction ID, entity (customer or vendor), account, memo, and transaction amount are retrieved in the search results.
The search provides detailed insights into transactions managed by the current user or system-generated transactions, offering a comprehensive view of key financial data like periods, accounts, and amounts. This allows users to effectively track their created or system-managed transactions, focusing on essential financial metrics and transaction metadata.
Steps to Install Handy Searches
Follow the steps, or click the button below to sign in and install the bundle directly.
- Navigate to SuiteBundler
Go to: Customization › SuiteBundler › Search & Install Bundles.
- Search for the Bundle
Enter "Handy Searches" in the search field.
- Select Handy Searches
- Install the Bundle
Click "Install", then confirm with "Yes, I want to proceed."
Review the installation details on the redirected page and finalize.
- Check Installation Status
The installed bundle will appear in your list of bundles. Status may be pending for a few minutes.
